Yes, this is truly a picture with no primping or nothin! As you can see, This is a webcam photo - I'm already in my sleeping dress/shirt and my face is oily from not retouching my making for about 12 hours! I'm just sittin on my bed resting from a LOOONG day at work, and this is me - almost to the max!

Also included in this picture are my nails, kinda.. I just wanted to kill two birds with one stone so yeah, my nails were LAKER FEVER this past week but no one really noticed because the purple was too dark to be noticed as purple.. it just looked black.

PRODUCTS USED: China Glaze's "VII" & "Solar Power." I used a dotting tool to do the opposite color on the nails (purple with yellow dots, and yellow with purple dots) - and my HG top coat by Jordana! Nothing dramatic or difficult, just whatever nails.. I think I'm gonna re-do them later on today since I FINALLY don't have work on a sunday! =D

Damn, it's been a while + Update!

As the title says, its truly been a while! A LOT has been going on in my life lately - and if you tune in to my YouTube videos, you would kinda get the gist of what's happenin with me! Long story short, I haven't been updating my YT channel, Blogger, or posting on Twitter because *drumroll please* I have a job now! I actually have 2! lol So yeah, I'm finally putting my hard earned nursing license to use! I took such a long "vacation" just chillin and whatnot, because I just couldn't find a job... or maybe I wasn't trying hard enough? LOL! So I guess yay for me! It's just been really hard to find actual time to update ya'll on my life because my schedule hasn't really been so steady, but I can finally say that starting next week, it will be! I wanna bring in the $$ before I hopefully start RN school so that I don't have to ask anyone for money. Ahhh enough about working, all you need to know and all I want you to know is that I'm finally a working girl with a nice career that I hope to expand that soon!

I really haven't been wearing much makeup.. if I get lucky and have time, i'll usually wear my winged liner, mascara, and blush! I can actually count the number of times I've worn eyeshadow this past April! So sad, huh? I'm too lazy to go back and pull up old pictures, so I'll just update with what happened on Monday, the 27th of April - my 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH MY MANFRIEND! =D

UPDATE+SWAP HAUL

So, I've been pretty much M.I.A./neglecting blogger, twitter, and ESPECIALLY YouTube - because babygirl recently got a job! Finally, right?! haha So I've just been really focused on training and work because my schedule is pretty chaotic. Any down time I have is usually being spent with my man, working out with Rica, or being with friends and family - because obviously, those things/people come first in my life! But, I gotta do what I gotta do! Make that $$$ so I can make it rain one day! =D ahah!

Mmmm.. what else? Last week I received a package in the mail, and of course I got excited! Who doesn't? Anyway - it was a swap package from my girl, NIYA! I wanted to buy two MAC lippies from her, but we ended up swapping! This was my first time swapping, so I was pretty excited about that, too! I'm too lazy to type everything out and stuff, so I'll just leave you with a picure - in hopes that you all can figure out what came with the swap! All I can say is that she included wayyyy more than I asked for - so I was a happy girl! =D

you see - MAC L/S in 'kinda sexy', a smackers lip balm,
and a MAC slimshine in 'flattering' - she also included a
leopard hair flower! and I LOVES leopard!.. a lipgloss from PF?
I think.. and lastly, a note! whoops! also she included some
REVLON falsies that I forgot to include in the pic!)

KETCHUP?! + PIC HEAVY!

So on Tuesday evening, my friend Jez & I went to venture out on some good eats (like we always do, when we're together!) Rica had already told me she's been to Ketchup, a trendy restaurant in the 'dolce group' in West Hollywood, CA - &&& I've seen it on "The Hills" a couple seasons ago, so I wanted to try it out! Prior to this time, I've read plenty of yelp.com reviews on Ketchup, as I usually do with restaurants I've never been to - and there were super mixed review about it, so I didn't go there when I had the chance before because of those damn reviews! But lemme tell you right now, I think that Ketchup was BOMBEEEEEZY! Good eats, for sure! I guess it's just preference? Come here if you have some $$$ laying around and you're ready to put down money for great service, location, food, & especially VIEW! But anywho, to sum up this section of my blog -- Me & Jez had a good time, with deep talks, & happy bellies! =D I leave you now, with pic-chassss!

To start off (free): they're version of a bread basket with thick ass butter, and strong ass mustard(i think it was mustard? or maybe it was horseradish) for dipping/spreading sauces!






Included in the bread basket was 2 servings of a pretzel stick, pretzel (teardrop shaped) bread, and a super mini cornbread!

Appetizer/Side: Dungeness Crab Mac 'n' Cheese w/ white truffle! (need I say more?! Best believe we murdered that little dish with our forks! haha)





Around some time in the beginning.. there was a waitress with a moving mini bar cart offering samples of their popular martinis! I tried the 'summer love' martini.. and it's fizzy because it's topped off with champagne! yummmm..





Now, this is the what they're famous for! They're variety in different flavored Ketchup! We ordered truffle fries, and with that came these 5 famous ketchups! I'm too lazy to check the flavor names, but I'm sure of 3.. the one at the very bottom is 'chipotle' ketchup, the middle is 'wasabi' ketchup, and the 2nd one from the top is 'mango' ketchup! they were all bomb! especially the 2 on the bottom!

The Main Courses:

Grilled Alaskan Salmon
lemon-chardonnay reduction, with
sauteed kale and roasted fingerling potatoes

Niman Ranch Pork Chops
Bourbon glazed, with cheddar grits
homemade apple sauce with pea shoot salad


The bill:
